• Restrictions: You may not sub-license, resell, or claim ownership of original templates or source files.

Pricing, Scope & Additional Work

• Starting Prices: Service prices displayed are starting points and do not represent a final fixed cost.
• Final Scope: Deliverables and timelines are defined in a written proposal prior to project commencement.
• Additional Work: Any requests or revisions not included in the agreed scope are considered “Additional Work” and require extra fees.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary assets within 7 days of the project start date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit (25% to 50%) is required to commence work and is non-refundable.
• Cancellations: Project cancellations after work has commenced are not eligible for refunds.
• Third-Party Costs: Costs for hosting, ads, or software licenses are non-refundable.
