Digital Product Policy

All products sold on DesignRockDH.com are digital downloads, including but not limited to:

• Design Templates

• Vector Files

• PSD Files

• SVG Files

• AI/EPS Files

• PNG & JPG Assets

• Mockups

• Creative Resources

• Downloadable Design Bundles

Since these products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a download has been provided.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• Lack of software compatibility

• Failure to read product descriptions

• Lack of technical knowledge required to use the files

• Downloaded products that have already been accessed

Exceptions

2. Duplicate Purchases

3. Incorrect Product Delivery

If you receive a file that is substantially different from the product description, we will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.
